Poppies shortlisted for the Zuiderkerk Award 2025

Poppies has been shortlisted for the Zuiderkerk Award 2025, an annual recognition presented by the City of Amsterdam to celebrate the best residential building of the year.

Together with our partners, we created one of the most innovative timber modular projects realised in Amsterdam, as the first of a series of projects developed around the city by sustainable housing brand and developer MaMa Pioneers, co-founded by Andy Kloppenburg, Renz Millenaar, Edwin Oostmeijer and Marc Koehler.

The Zuiderkerk Award is a highly prestigious distinction through which the City of Amsterdam highlights the quality of residential architecture, giving recognition both to the skilled architect and the ambitious client. The award has been presented since 1997.
