New Location: introducing MaMa WoodWorks!

Based on the modular, flexible mass timber system Superwood, developed by Superlofts in collaboration with MaMa Pioneers. WoodWorks serves a great example of what MaMa Pioneers can offer real estate developers.

WoodWorks is an innovative building in Amsterdam North, designed by Marc Koehler Associates. It features 13 Superstudios that flexibly combine living and work spaces that can be reconfigured over time. The dual aspect of each Superstudio allows both the blending and separation of living and working and will be facilitating creatives and entrepreneurs. The outdoor deck access provides an open and vertical street like feel in the backside, with private balconies characterising the waterfront at the Tolhuiskade.
